Keys to Success

  • Communication is trust. Speak clear. Communicate regularly. No surprises, especially financial.
  • If you’re not sure, ask. Otherwise, no news should be good news.
  • Bad news is better delivered sooner than later. If something comes up, bring it up. Bring solutions if possible.
  • Order of work matters. It creates better outcomes. The wrong order creates delays and reworks.
  • Allow 1 business day minimum for payments which are typically made at the end of the week.

Payment Methods

Our staff does not have or deal in cash. We can pay you through the following methods.

  • Electronic – PayPal, CashApp, or Zelle
  • Physical – A mailed check which takes 5-7 days to receive.

We have provided the following details to ensure efficient processing of your invoices:

  • Please make the invoice in the name of 979RENT, LLC
    • Be sure your invoice information includes the following:
      • Description of services provided. If it’s ongoing work, please include the timeframe that this invoice covers.
      • Amount Due – Specifically for the description above.
      • Company or Personal Name –
      • Phone Number – Yours, in case we have questions. Otherwise we have to email you back and wait for responses which can delay your payment.
      • Payment – How do you wish to be paid?
        • Electronic? Include the service of choice (listed above) AND the account name or number that we’re paying to.
        • Physical? We’ll also need a mailing address, so includes that (Name, Address, City, State, and Zip).
  • Send all invoices to [email protected]
    • You will receive an automated response (email) to confirm receipt of your invoice.
      • Example… “Your request (#56789) has been received and will soon be reviewed by our office staff. Someone will get back with you as soon as we can.”
    • If you have any questions, reply to that specific email to keep everything together.  Sending a second email to accounting@ will create duplicate tickets which can add confusion and delay our response time to you.
  • For faster payment, please send us your Zelle preferred email address or mobile number.
  • Once payment has been processed, we will update you via the same email (ticket) and provide confirmation of the payment via Zelle.
