I hope you’re having a good holiday season. Teams of people have been working on the property to make improvements and I wanted to share a few with you.

Laundry Facility

After a long downtime, the laundry facility is now up and running again. We have brand new equipment that works from coins or a debit card. It is managed through CSC with informational posters and support information in the laundry room.

Wireless Internet

We have a new wireless internet for office activities, but we have opened it up to share with you if you’d like. It is meant for just surfing the internet and checking email. It is not really meant to be for streaming services and such, like to replace your cable. This is provided at no cost though, so if it is helpful for you, you’re welcome to use it. The name of the network is “Mohawk Residents” and the current password is “ReservesImageFeed26” to connect. We will work to ensure that the network remains online, but we cannot provide end-user tech support for your devices.

Maintenance

As you’ve probably seen around the facility, we’ve been working on a lot of improvements. We’re also doing maintenance, so if you have a need, please let us know. You can file maintenance requests online here: https://www979rent.appfolio.com/connect/

One of the items will be termite treatment that will require everyone to be out of the facility for at least a day. They will be tenting the facility and running gas inside to kill all the bugs. They will go one building at a time. We will send more details as that gets closer.
