We hope everyone has had good summer, as it winds to an end. Here are a few announcements.

Construction Updates

The siding has been completed on building 1 and is in process on building 2. They’re expected to finish it this week. After they will finish out trim and then caulk and paint will be next. We’re also in the process of options for improving ceiling insulation without displacing everyone.

Maintenance Request Form

A reminder that our office cannot coordinate repairs on things that they’re not aware of. We have updated our maintenance page of the website with a form that doesn’t require that you log in to the Resident Portal. All maintenance requests must sill be requested in writing. ALL repairs should be requested through that form or through the online portal, not Maria directly. That way our office can coordinate and follow-up on issues to make sure they get completely resolved. We have people to help coordinate the resolution of issues. Please use the form so that we get the information we need to fix your issue. Call or text us if you have any questions or issues with the form.

Pest Control

Bait stations are being checked and refilled, but let us know if you have any issues. A reminder that the maintenance page was updated with pest control tips. Please review them. One of the items added is a video that’s helpful on eliminating the food source, which is critically important. We are in the process of enacting a regular treatment schedule. If you need pest control spot treatments in your unit, please submit a maintenance request.
